The Videolarm VLC485 is a compact keyboard controller for use with RS-485 equipped PTZ cameras. Its built-in joystick controller provides a user with precise and effortless control over a PTZ camera's pan, tilt, and zoom movements. In addition to basic PTZ operation, this controller can be used to manage a range of other complex camera functions including camera programming, camera call up, sequences, auto tours and groups. While designed for standalone operation, this unit can be serially connected to a PC to enhance the performance of a software application. When used with a multiplexer, a single controller can be used to operate up to ninety-nine PTZ units.
