The Pioneer HDJ-500R Professional DJ Headphones are designed to provide professional-level audio quality, along with comfort and durability. The HDJ-500R headphones feature enclosed earcups to minimize extraneous sound, while accuracy in the low and mid frequency ranges assists in mixing and recording applications. The earcups feature a 60° swiveling action for single-ear monitoring. Interchangeable coiled and straight cables are included.

- The HDJ-500Rs use urethane earpads, wrapped in high-quality leather, that allow the headphones to mold to the user for a tight, comfortable fit. Crafted of lightweight magnesium alloy, the structural elements of the headphones are very durable, so you can take them everywhere with you.
- The Sound Difference
- Accuracy in the low and mid frequency ranges is important to professional DJs. Combining 40mm diameter drivers, a 19µm thick diaphragm, and a copper clad aluminum wire voice coil, the headphones reach down into the lows, accentuating kick and snare sounds.
- One-Ear Versatility
- The HDJ-500R's right earcup rotates forward and backward up to 60°. Meanwhile, the headband maintains pressure and won't diminish your listening quality on the side in use.
