With the Vello Universal Duo TTL Off-Camera Flash Cord (6.5') you can set up a single flash for off-camera lighting and retain your entire camera's TTL (through the lens) flash functions. Multiple contact pins support TTL-compatible flashes used with Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Pentax and some Samsung digital cameras. The off-camera hot shoe can mount to accessory shoes or 1/4" 20 threaded studs on tripods, booms, or light stands.
In Manual mode (non-TTL function) you can use two flashes together, both synchronized with your shutter release to create amazing lighting effects and two-light setups. Each terminal has a hot shoe so you can still keep one flash on the camera while setting up the other flash somewhere else.
Note! Flash units must be compatible with each other (if using two) and with the camera for synchronization to take place. TTL functions work only in single flash setups.

The Duo TTL Cord is compatible with the following: Canon E-TTL, E-TTL II hot shoe cameras, Nikon i-TTL hot shoe cameras, Pentax P-TTL hot shoe cameras, Fujifilm Finepix SLR cameras, and Samsung SLR (excluding NX series) cameras.
This cord works with flash units from the following manufacturers with cameras listed above: Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Fujifilm, Sunpak, Sigma, Metz, and Samsung (non-SEF series).
