The Annual Support Package from Sibelius provides on-demand English assisted support for Avid Sibelius for one year. This package is for academic institutions only.
Support is available by phone or on-line and is limited to a single-named caller, available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
The Annual Support Package also includes a 10% discount on the purchase price of a Sibelius multi-seat upgrade when purchased during the one-year term. The discount is non-transferable and may only be applied to one upgrade purchase for the named caller.
