Hama's HA-4001 C-Clamp Tabletop Tripod will clamp on to any surface that is up to 1.4" (3.5cm) thick, and comes with a miniature ballhead with a 1/4"-20 threaded camera screw.  In addition, this clamp also comes with two tripod legs that store inside the post, allowing the unique clamp to be converted into a tabletop tripod whenever needed.

The HA-4001 can be used with compact point and shoot cameras, smaller SLR cameras (in the horizontal aspect only) & other accessories featuring a 1/4"-20 tripod socket.
