SHIPPING INFORMATION

How we ship

UPS - United Parcel Service:

• Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS 3 business days service - Approx. 3-5 business days delivery from shipping date.

• Other options include UPS 2 Day Business service, 2 Business days delivery, UPS Next Day service and 1 Business day delivery.

• A signature is required for all UPS and FedEx shipments upon receipt.

• UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day Business or UPS Next Day, but not via UPS 3 Day service". (Please allow up to 3 Business days for delivery.)

• All rush orders (1-day and 2-day shipping) are normally shipped on the same day* if placed before 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday before 10:30 am (Eastern Standard Time), and 11:30 am (Daylight Savings Time).

USPS - United States Postal Service:

To all 50 states (including Puerto Rico). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery via Air Mail and 2-4 Business days for Express Mail.

Truck Delivery:

The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow 5-8 days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery.

Cutoff Times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options

Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm EST
Friday: 10:30am EST

All orders are subject to approval by our verification dept. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

International Delivery

We can ship via US Postal Service, or International UPS, depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that we will ship only to your home address, or to a USA residential address.

B&H is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions.

Shipping Rules & Policies:

• US Customers: B&H Photo will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.

• International Customers: shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residence address.

• We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.

• We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.

• Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

• Please be aware that shipments via UPS are significantly faster, are easily traced, should they go astray, and have a guaranteed delivery time. Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take much longer to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcels weight and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.
