If you’re serious about improving your home theater experience, the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 5010e Projector has all the features you’ll need—in an affordable package. The 5010e 2D/3D projector features Epson’s 3LCD 3-Chip Optical Engine as well as Epson’s Bright 3D Drive for enhanced brightness in 3D mode. Plus, with 2400 lumens of brightness, the Full HD 1080p display is crisp and bright. The projector is available with a WirelessHD Transmitter, which facilitates wireless HDMI hook-up and eliminates excess cable clutter.
The projector generates an image using a 0.74-inch Epson Poly-Silicon TFT Active Matrix panel with Micro-Lens Array (MLA) for maximum light penetration. The projector also features an integrated cinema filter and a Fujinon lens for superior picture quality. It also supports 2D and 3D video in Full HD and has a 16:9 native aspect ratio with resizing to 16:10 or 4:3. The 5010e features 2D to 3D conversion as well, meaning you can easily transform 2D images into striking 3D. Additionally, if you’re viewing 2D content, you can project two images side-by-side from two different sources. The projector’s inputs include composite, component, VGA, RS-232 and HDMI.
