Tim, Cut the poor guy some slack. He already explained what he meant when he used the term 'winder', and it won't help your 'chip'.

Also, it's 'proofreader' (one word), 'We've become' or 'We have become' (are you really more than one person?), and it's 'advice', not 'advise'.
