BTW, if you haven't seen the book, The Tao of Photography: Seeing Beyond Seeing, by Gross and Shapiro, I highly recommend it. One of the authors had a similar experience to yours (trying to do street photography with a Hasselblad). I think he found an old TLR allowed him to capture the types of images he wanted and remain less I have an old Rolleiflex that is fun to use (I just don't get out with it enough). Also, old Yashicas and Mamiyas can be found on the used markets as well.
Gotta agree with David Brommer and Joel B that working with film takes a different mindset that I find refreshing.
