Absolutely! If it's simply a matter of adding more RAM, check out the "Accessories" tab on the product page of any of these iMacs... for example, click on this link:

The "Accessories" tab is the third tab on the right, next to "Specifications." When you click on it, you'll see that additional memory is the first accessory that pops up. Every memory option has a box that you can check to have B&H install the memory for you (a $39.99 installation charge is applied).
