Do mirrorless camera suffer from shutter lag at all?
All cameras 'suffer' from shutter lag, some more than others, and better cameras imperceptively.
The true villians of shutter lag lie within the camera's autofocus system and the speed of the lens you happen to be shooting through, which is why you'll always get better performance (i.e., less shutter lag) from a lens with a wider f/stop compared to a slower kit lens, especially under lower lighting conditions.
Mirrors - or lack of mirrors - actually have little to do with the problem.
