The SGM-12 from Nady is a battery powered condenser shotgun microphone that has a user selectable cardioid and supercardioid polar pattern for capturing audio. It can be used to mount onto a video camera (with optional mount), or used for speech and instrument recording applications such as choirs, theatrical performances, and more.
The SGM-12 has a frequency response of 50 Hz to 18 kHz and delivers excellent feedback rejection. It is powered with an AA or NiMH rechargeable battery and terminates with a male XLR connector. It is built with rugged die-cast alloy housing on rubber padding to minimize mechanical coupling of surface vibrations to the microphone.
Ideal for a variety of sound reinforcement/recording applications: choirs, orchestras, theatrical performances, courtrooms/conference rooms, and inside bass/kick drums
Unidirectional pickup pattern and full frequency response of 50 Hz to 16 KHz produce top audio at any distance from the source with excellent feedback rejection
Single AA alkaline or NiMH battery operation (not included)
