The 450 Mbps Wireless N Gaming Adapter from Trendnet is a supremely fast, easy-to-use device for connecting your multimedia devices to your wireless network. So as to connect your multimedia devices, you first need to connect the adapter to your wireless router. If your router supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), you can simply press the one-touch button on the adapter and your wireless connection will be securely set up. If WPS isn't supported, you can still easily set up the adapter by connecting it to your computer via the Gigabit LAN port. Once up and running, the adapter connects to your wireless n, b, and g multimedia devices. If you have a Wi-Fi gaming console, TV, DVR, or receiver, you can stream content from the Internet to these devices. To boot, the adapter can transfer data at speeds of up to 450 Mbps for Wireless n devices. If you're multimedia devices don't support wireless but do have an Ethernet port, you can connect them to the adapter (and your network) via the adapter's speedy Gigabit LAN port. In addition, the adapter also features easy-to-read LEDs on its front, an intuitive Web browser configuration, built-in QoS, and advanced security. All told, this adapter's a great buy for linking up all of your Internet-ready multimedia devices in your home or small office.
