The Swann ADW-400/X Zero Interference Add-On Camera is an extra camera for the ADW-400 digital guardian camera and recorder. Equipped with a 1/4" format CMOS sensor and a 3.6mm fixed focal length lens, the add-on camera offers a resolution up to 300TVL and a 53º angle of view.

An array of 24 IR LEDs ensures that the security camera works in complete darkness, and offers a 0 lux night vision up to 26' (8m). The ADW-400/X camera wirelessly transmits digital data up to a distance of 165' (50m) to the paired receiver. For enhanced safety, the point-to-point wireless transmission is encrypted and secured. Based on digital data transmission, the camera has zero interference and static from other wireless devices such as Bluetooth, web routers, microwave ovens, and cordless phones.

The ADW-400/X add-on camera features motion detection-based video recording function and its microphone can pick up sound from a maximum distance of 9' (3m). Automatic White Balance of the camera adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Automatic Gain Control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level.
