The Zeiss ZF.2 SLR 5-Lens Bundle is a treasure trove of high-quality, fast Zeiss optics that can deliver superb still or video image quality, even under challenging low-light conditions. These manual focus Zeiss ZF.2 lenses come with a Nikon F bayonet mount.

The Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 is a professional lens distinguished by having exceptional color control which allows for breathtaking high contrast pictures without any color fringes. Thanks to the legendary Carl Zeiss T* anti-reflection coating, the Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 delivers outstanding results. Its wide aperture delivers fantastic performance for both daylight and in lowlight shooting.

The Zeiss Distagon T* 28mm f/2.0 lens captures very detailed scenes with high accuracy and information content. Its fast f/2.0 aperture allows for handheld photography under difficult lighting conditions and it is well-suited for landscape, nature, and commercial photography.

The Distagon T* 35mm F/2.0 has a fast, wide f/2.0 aperture that enables hand-held photography under difficult lighting conditions and since it has a short focus rotation, it is great for action photography. When it is combined with an APS-C DSLR with a 1.5 crop factor, the lens has an effective focal length of 53mm (in 35mm format) and can be used as a standard focal length for a natural viewing perspective.

The Planar T* 50mm f/1.4 is designed for medium and longer distances and provides high-performance when used wide open, and improves as the lens is stopped down. The lens construction controls flare and ghosting artifacts, resulting in a brilliant image with excellent contrast and natural color rendition. Combined with a DSLR with a 1.5 crop factor, the lens becomes a compact, lightweight 75mm portrait lens.

The Planar T* 85mm f/1.4 is a short telephoto lens which has a classic portrait focal length and performs exceptionally well at medium to longer distances. With a 6-element lens in 5 groups and the Zeiss T* lens coating, you can expect distortion-free performance, which only improves as the lens is stopped down. The f/1.4 aperture is very useful for shooting in low light, creatively controlling depth of field, and its nearly circular diaphragm helps create a pleasing look in your photo's out-of-focus areas.

The superlative optics combined with precision manual focus make these lenses very popular for shooting HDSLR. The fast lenses come in a custom waterproof case with custom foam inlays designed specifically for each lens.   Their outstanding image quality combined with precise manual focus control make them ideal for use with HDSLR and the new large sensor video cameras. These five fast prime SLR lenses for video applications make up a complete set of lenses.

  • Distagon T* 21mm F/2.8 ZF.2 Lens for Nikon F-Mount Cameras

The Zeiss Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 ZF.2 Lens for Nikon F-Mount cameras is a manual focus professional lens distinguished by having exceptional color control which allows for breathtaking high contrast pictures without any color fringes. Thanks to the legendary Carl Zeiss T * anti-reflection coating, the Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 delivers outstanding results. Its wide aperture delivers fantastic performance for both daylight and in lowlight shooting. This lens is equipped with an F bayonet (Nikon) lens mount, and is ideal for landscape, architecture, portrait, group, and commercial photography.

The new ZF.2 lenses are an enhanced version of ZF lenses. They feature an electronic interface (CPU) that enables support of all important camera operating modes such as shutter priority, aperture priority and programmed auto exposure or manual exposure settings. Photographers no longer have to set the parameters in the camera menu as the lens now transmits standard data such as focal length, speed and the aperture setting to the camera. This data can then be viewed in the EXIF data of each picture.

The ZF.2 lenses have a mechanical lock on the aperture ring to lock the aperture ring at the lowest setting and prevent unintentional adjustment while taking pictures.

For technical reasons, these lenses do not have a half-step aperture lock between the lowest (stop position) and the second lowest aperture setting. This guarantees reliable recognition of the automatic position. The lowest aperture on ZF.2 lenses is colored orange to emphasize the automatic position of the aperture ring.

  • Distagon T* 35mm f/2 ZF.2 Lens for Nikon F Mount

Pairing manual focus precision with a versatile wide-angle perspective, the Distagon T* 35mm f/2 ZF.2 Lens from Zeiss is an ideal all-around lens that is particularly well-suited to journalistic applications. Featuring a fast f/2 maximum aperture, this lens also excels in difficult lighting conditions and offers fine-tuned control over selective focus placement. Utilizing the Distagon optical design with a floating elements system, which includes one element made from glass with anomalous partial dispersion, distortion and aberrations are minimized and high sharpness is afforded edge to edge. Additionally, a Carl Zeiss T* anti-reflective coating has been applied to elements in order to suppress lens flare and ghosting for maintained contrast and clarity.

The sophisticated optical design is housed within a robust metal lens barrel, which features an aperture control ring with 1/2 EV click-stops. The manual focusing ring offers a tempered 113° rotation angle for fine-tuned control, and engraved depth of field and distance scales benefit the use of pre-focusing techniques. This ZF.2-series lens is dedicated to Nikon F-mount cameras, and features an electronic interface to support camera-based adjustment over exposure settings.

Prime wide-angle lens is designed for Nikon F-mount FX-format DSLRs and 35mm film cameras. It is also compatible with DX-format DSLRs, where it will provide a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 52.5mm.
This lens features the Distagon optical design with a floating element construction and includes one partial dispersion element to reduce chromatic aberrations and distortion while offering increased sharpness and even illumination.
Carl Zeiss T* anti-reflective coatings have been applied to each lens surface to help minimize reflections in order to provide greater image clarity, contrast, and color fidelity.
All-metal lens barrel features an aperture control ring with 1/2 EV click-stops.
Manual focus design is benefitted by the inclusion of both distance and depth of field scales for precise control.
A rounded nine-blade diaphragm contributes to an aesthetic out-of-focus quality.
This ZF.2-series lens supports Nikon DSLRs' electronic interface for camera-based control over exposure settings and in-camera focus confirmation.
