The EBR-556B Enhanced Battle Reticle features a ballistic-drop compensation (BDC) configuration designed around the 5.56x45 (.223 Remington) cartridge using a 55 grain round and 16" barrel. The central crosshair is meant to be zeroed at 100 yd and is effective to 200 yd. BDC stadia on the lower vertical axis provide holdover reference points from 300 to 500 yd in one hundred yard increments. The reticle can be illuminated in either red or green, depending on the situation and preference. Each color has five selectable brightness levels, with an 'off' position between each level to quickly return to a preferred brightness without having to cycle through them all.
"Love it...No stress....I would imagine that having more eye relief would necessitate a larger or heavier construction design, so this is an understandable trade-off....When mounted on Colt 6920 the eye relief was about perfect with the scope mounted right in front of the BUIS."See more

Located in the second focal plane, the etched-on-glass illuminated AR-BDC reticle will maintain the same size when you zoom. Subtensions for elevation, windage and range are accurate at peak magnification. The waterproof and fogproof housing features a single-piece aluminum maintube with a hard-anodized matte black finish. The eyepiece has a quick zoom ring that allows for fast target acquisition. The coarsely knurled zoom ring with a low-profile rib lever provides a fast one-finger adjustment, while windage and elevation turrets have caps and produce audible clicks.
"Nice Scope...Thumbs up!...Crystal clear picture, beautiful crosshairs, and sexy look....The scope is mounted to my AR with Vortex's CM-203 mount which works perfect for getting the scope where I like to have my eye relief."See more

The Ultima line offers the choice between 45° angled viewing or straight viewing. Most users will prefer angled scopes because they are both simple to use for birds perched high above the viewer, as well as easily shared among users of differing heights. But some will prefer the straight-through viewing models, for these are much easier to use when hunting down the object of interest in the first place. Straight-viewing models are also usually a bit lighter, brighter, and less expensive. The choice is yours.
Certain Celestron products include their "No Fault" warranty coverage, which assures that your spotting scope will be repaired or replaced at Celestron's option for as long as you own it, no questions asked! The only requirement on the user's end is to ship the spotting scope (at the user's cost) to Celestron, with proof of purchase and a check or money order for $25 to cover the costs of inspection, shipping, and handling. This warranty service is valid only for USA and Canadian citizens purchasing from an authorized Celestron dealer.
"very nice...I like it...I find it to be well made....There are much better scopes on the market but their cost is 3 or 4 times as much (or more) and for most users, the image you will see with this scope will blow you away."See more

This version of the Regal M2 spotting scope includes a 22-67x eyepiece that is ideal for intermediate- to long-range glassing. The broad magnification range, comfortable 20mm eye relief, and twist-up rubber eyecup make this zoom eyepiece well suited for long-duration observations. The scope's standard 1.25" eyepiece mount will accept most astronomy eyepieces, which enables a near-infinite number of optical configurations.
Complementing the image quality and weather-sealed construction of the Regal M2, several features enhance the scope's functionality and observer's user experience. An included T-adapter ring permits DSLR camera mounting to the objective assembly, transforming the 100ED into a high-transmission digiscoping platform. The rotating tripod collar has a 1/4"-20 mounting socket and is detented at multiple positions to provide the observer with alternate viewing orientations. A sliding sunshade, sighting aid, and dual-focus mechanism equip the Regal M2 with the functionality needed for a wide range of outdoor glassing applications.
"Have fun....I love it....Too bad, it's a beautiful scope....The balance plate will contact the barrel of the scope limiting the scope's backwards adjustment which sort of defeats its whole purpose, and this scope is naturally very front heavy, so you can't go without it."See more

The Vortex 4-12x40 Diamondback is built to endure, perform, and excel. Its one-piece center-tube design is carefully constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, and fitted with a precision adjustment system that allows for a generous amount of correction. The optical system is fully multicoated, and the entire assembly is then purged with argon gas for flawless all-weather performance.
Long-range target acquisition can be difficult, and having 4-12x magnification on tap will help get the job done in most cases. Twilight hunters will appreciate the highly efficient 40mm objective when the sun gets close to the horizon.
This Diamondback scope is configured with a 1.0" tube, an adjustable objective, 1/4 MOA adjustments with 66 MOA of travel, low-profile turrets, a Dead-Hold BDC reticle, and a matte black finish.
A mounting base and rings are used to attach a riflescope to a firearm. A comfortable sight picture is contingent upon the height of the rings. A comfortable cheek-weld is the result of properly positioning the scope over the receiver. Mounting the scope close to the receiver is preferable, yet scopes with larger objectives need higher rings so the front bell can clear the barrel. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation.
"Love it....Good scope...Seems really rugged and looks great....These scopes hold up to almost anything, from a 17hmr to a 270 or larger big game rifle these scopes have you covered."See more

A nitrogen-filled polycarbonate housing makes the Rampage scope both lightweight and ready to endure the elements. Complementing the durable housing is rubber armoring and slip-resistant ridges that are especially useful when mounting or focusing this optic while wearing winter gloves. Deep knurling on the focus knob's rubber gripping surfaces yields tactile feedback and enhances control. Further enhancing the user-friendly features of the Rampage scope are a twist-up eyecup and a generous 19-17mm eye relief that help to provide a comfortable viewing experience for eyeglass wearers.
"Works OK...Nice scope...It is well made, compact, easy to use, and magnification does not deteriorate significantly as power is increased....I am addressing the scope on its own merit because while all the rest is nice the scope was and is still my primary concern,"See more

"Great scope...Great Optic...Iv had this scope for a few months now, clarity is a vastly improved, relocating the illumination to inside the paralax knob was a nice sleek choice also clicks off between every increase or decrease in illumination is a added bonus, leaving it between 3 and 4 gives great low light or some added color against a black background....This scope has crystal clear optics and easy to use I own two pst scopes and have never had any regrets."See more

Adding to the HS-T's versatility is the modified duplex VMR-1 MOA reticle situated on the second focal plane. This utilitarian reticle has thick outer posts, and thin center hairs with MOA hash-marks on both axes for ranging, hold-over, and shot correction. The lower vertical post is shorter to provide a longer elevation range.
"Good buy...Solid scope...The glass is beautiful, and the zero has held perfectly, but most importantly, the price point on the Vortex was so much lower that the difference meant I could buy a precision matched mount set with he scope and still come out ahead of the competitors....another thing I don't like but isn't a problem is how hard it is to turn the scopes zoom, its stiff as heck but you know its not gonna go anywhere."See more
B&H # KOTSN883 MFR # TSN-883
The TSN-883 uses an element of pure fluorite crystal (PFC) glass in its construction, which greatly minimizes chromatic aberration. This ensures maximum efficiency in its light gathering, producing a clear visual range and sharp imagery that traditional glass lenses cannot attain at their highest magnifications and with the strongest of subject/background contrast changes. Fluorite is extremely expensive, but the subtle difference between the viewing from the PROMINAR-equipped TSN-883 and even the very best normal scopes would be apparent even to a novice. Kowa's use of their patented C3 prism multi-coating process increases image brightness significantly over their prior-generation models that featured flourite.
The 883's housing is made of a magnesium alloy that defines maximum durability and lightweight construction, resulting is a compact, ergonomic, and functional design for extreme nature and outdoor enthusiasts wanting only the very best. It sets a benchmark for the combination of large objective with small weight and mass.
As the angled viewing model of Kowa's flagship line, this scope makes sharing the viewing among multiple observers quite easy and is also generally considered more comfortable for longer glassing sessions. An angled scope allows for a slightly smaller, shorter tripod and requires a bit more experience to quickly locate the subject in the scope.
"Top Notch...Great scope...Stunning Clarity...I use the scope for spotting in extended long range shooting (beyond 1 mile) and this scope performs flawlessly."See more
