"Very happy!...Good Machine...The only downfall I have found so far is the software is not Windows 8 compatible for the installation but will run fine from the embedded device software....The printer works as advertised, seems to be a reasonable value, although I would rather have paid about 20% less."

"Great Deal...Top notch!...Its heavy - who cares - it prints great - I know I have read mixed reviews on print quality - but I tried several and was very happy with all - a couple of photos I did turn up the brightness - and I love the RR Perl Metallic - great results - Would I like more inks and pigment vs dye - our but for the price this is fantastic - will I upgrade in the future sur but will always keep this for fast less expensive prints...I havent looked to see if there is something I can do to tighten it, but as the printer si not moving from its desk for a long time and is working perfectly, I don't plan to reach out to canon and since I have already claimed my rebate I cannot send it back to B&H I will do some research into this although I just assume this is a secluded insident.If you buy this printer you will not be disapointed."

"easy set up...Ease of Use...Buy this printer for my home, I think it has a fair and affordable price, the wireless works perfectly, I can print from my phone, also the installation is easy, the only thing I have doubts about is how many pages can I print in color and in black....When I fired it up for the first time, the setup was clear, precise and easily navigatable but, I can see it might be daunting or intimidating to a novice since it has to be done at the PC and the printers screen."

"Good Job...Life saver...- You can also print from smart phone/ tablet with this printer - This printer also has a document feeder on the top for scanning / copying multiple document - this can print on both sides of the page effortlessly - there is a nice feature on this printer where you can mute the printer or set the printer to run in quiet mode One thing I don't like - this is more like a personal preference than a flaw in the product....I love the fact that being wireless I have the capabilities to print of my business reports while im still at work working on my sales floor and can have everything I need waiting for me in my home office before I get home without being on the same network."

"Great Color...Prints Good...Darker was an easy fix, but trying to cool down the image basically involved trying to spoof the printer into getting it right by manipulating the color controls in my RAW file editing program (Capture One mainly) so that what I was seeing on screen was much cooler than I wanted in the hope that the printer would cool down the print acceptably....Searched for a new printer compatible with Piezography's all-B&W inksets and chose this one for it's compatible cartridges, print quality and 13-inch print width facilitating 12 X 12 prints from Medium Format 6x6's shot with a Rolleiflex 3.5's."

"Great idea...Ease of use...Regarding print quality, I downloaded a color printer test-page from the internet and printed it on both this printer and a large, enterprise-grade color printer that I use as a benchmark for printing (it's very good!...Because I have only been using this printer for a short period of time, I can't say whether the ink supply will really last for up to two years, as advertised, but the ink tanks do seem to have a large capacity, and I believe the ink will likely last that long for me, given my typical printing volume."
