"Great Fit...Perfect fit !!...Fits the 7d mark ii perfectly and securely...I chose not to use these because it makes the camera and bracket unable to sit level, but I like having the option for the safety screws....I demand highest quality for photo accessories but there comes a point where the two name brands charge an unfair premium price for a piece of metal."See more

"good buy...Love it....secure fit, holds an umbrella and flash...I found that the hot shoe is a little tight then after you finess it in, it is a wee loose.Other than that,it works perfect.Everything tightens up fine but some of the knobs are a little small.I'd give it a 4 out of 1-5."See more

All Stroboframe Quick Flip Flash brackets have a pivoting flash arm that keeps the flash over the lens in both horizontal and vertical positions. They have a comfortable foam grip and a tripod mountable base. They allow the user to shoot and advance film as if no bracket were attached.
Net Weight: 10 oz., Bracket Height: 9.5", Lens-to-Flash Distance: 12"
"Nice grip...I love it...They are strong and connect securely and easily....I replaced the cold shoe with a mini ball mount and used a new cold shoe (the one that comes with the bracket has a lock pin on the bottom that fits in a small hole on the bracket keeping it from sitting flat on another surface) with high strength thread locker."See more

Five mounting holes on the camera platform allow for almost any camera to utilize the bracket. Choose the hole that best balances your camera and tighten it in place with the mounting knob. Attach the flash unit to the bracket's accessory shoe by loosening the red knob, inserting the flash into the accessory shoe and tightening. Connect your flash cable to the flash unit and wrap it around or secure it to the bracket arm and you are ready to shoot.
The flash arm rotates 180º with a smooth and easy flip for when you need to shoot vertical. The padded grip is a comfortable way to stabilize your camera when shooting and is strong enough to be used as a handle for the entire system when not shooting.
The accessory shoe can be positioned in one of two locations or unscrewed and removed to accommodate the Nikon SC-28 and SC-29 or other off-camera shoe cords.
"Good Buy...Works fine...Comfortable and secure to hold....it very ease to use for off the shoe shoot quick to setup and has a adjust bar to make room for and battery grip Thou it use the 600 speed light flash thou only on the straight position and 45 degree angle the straight 90 degree wouldn't hold a heavy flash best use a light one"See more

"Works Well...Heavy Duty....The bracket forms a perfectly secure connection between the tripod and camera - this has helped to create very sharply focused images in either orientation....It seems the QR bracket is not exactly the same dimensions as the one that ships with the head, a small spacer would probably fix the issue."See more

"Love it!...Pretty neat...Umbrella screw works well and secure....Good but a bit different from picture I bought that one because I wanted a short shaft between the tilt join and the cold shoe, so the flash is not too high from the middle of the umbrella hole The product design have been change a bit and the shaft is now much longer so it doesN,t do what I wanted from it"See more

The clamp is Arca-type compatible, and it requires a plate with a double dovetail design. You need 0.75" of free room to attach the bracket to the plate. This allows the lens to shoot in a vertical orientation by simply releasing the lens collar lock and turning the camera. The flash bracket places the flash approximately 12" above the center of the telephoto lens, which extends the light higher and further for objects that are far away.
The bracket is machined from a solid billet brick of 6061-T6 aluminum, and the clamp's locking knob is made of stainless steel. Also, the graphics are laser-engraved directly onto the bracket. Furthermore, the aluminum has been black anodized, which makes the bracket resistant to abrasions and corrosion. Most hot shoes mount right on the top of the bracket, but an ADPT-SC29 adapter is required for the Nikon SC-29 flash cord.
"good size....Great setup....Attaches securely to double dovetail camera/lens attachment....I attach it to the ...plate on my Nikon 500 VR: it attaches from the top of the ...foot at a cutout at the front of the foot that is just the right size as the width of this bracket, and still the gimbal head that I place the lens on can slide forward all the way to the front of this foot, as it can fit underneath where this bracket attaches without interference!"See more

"- Stable....- Durable....Very secure attachment....I added a couple sticky foam strips to the plate (for mounting pictures to a wall) before re-attaching it to the camera which worked reasonably well as a temporary fix ... until I get their custom plate PBCBGE16-PBCBGE11 for my Camera's Vertical Grip ...a must-have IMO."See more

"Love It!...thumbs up...Easy to use has a secure attachment to camera, love how it adds much need support to any DSLR....I use the bracket when shooting events, weddings, etc. the bracket is slightly large for my liking particularly when I attached the Speedlite YN600EX-RT it wobbles at the top, I feel the side handle is too far apart from the camera so it makes it a bit unstable but overall its a good product, I gave it 5 stars."See more
