The IC16 Digital Camera with Waterproof Housing from Intova enables you to capture sharp, detailed photos and videos underwater to a maximum depth of 180'.
The camera features a 1/2.33" 16MP CCD image sensor and an enhanced Digital Signal Processor, which work together to offer crisp still images and 720p HD video capture. A 28-140mm (35mm equivalent) 5x optical zoom lens and 4x digital zoom capability allow you to get closer to your subject to cut down on distortion for better overall image quality. Additionally, the IC16 is equipped with a 2.7" TFT LCD monitor. It records to SDHC memory cards up to 32GB, which must be purchased separately, and runs on a 3.7V lithium-ion battery that does not need to be removed for recharging; it is charged in-camera via the USB cable.
The housing features a dual, silicone, O-ring seal and lens port gasket for extra leak protection. It provides access to all camera functions via mechanical controls. Additionally, its 52mm threaded flat lens port allows for the attachment of optional, external, color filters. The case's body and port are constructed from polycarbonate, and its hardware components--including springs, pins, and screws--are made of stainless steel.

Shooting Modes
Intelligent Scene mode sends signal to camera to select an ideal shooting mode automatically according to a given environment. In Panorama Video mode, camera automatically combines pictures. Also available is Mirroring mode, which captures photos with a mirror image effect. Additionally, you can create effects like those seen in a Lomo camera, e.g., adding over-saturated colors, by selecting Lomo mode. Lomo 1 creates a typical Lomo effect, while Lomo 2 and 3 produce retro effects with more sepia and green tones, respectively. Lomo 4 offers a purple Lomo effect and 5 creates a B&W effect. Fisheye simulates a fisheye lens effect or creates a distorted hemisphere-like image. Toy mode simulates a shallow depth of field effect by gradually blurring the top and bottom areas of a composition.

Beauty Enhancer, too, is available, helping you reduce obvious blemishes and spots on faces. If you want to brighten green colors in the background, such as in a forest, select Natural Green. Flow Water provides the optimal setting for capturing soft flowing water, and Splash Water, equally aptly named, is ideal for splashing water. Smile Detection
Once the camera detects a smile, it will automatically capture 3 images (can be changed to 1). When capturing group shots (2 or more subjects), the camera will automatically capture the images when it detects two smiles
Continuous and Burst Shooting
Capture up to 3 images in quick succession in continuous mode. You have the option of shooting these photos with flash. Burst mode allows for continuous photography while pressing and holding the shutter button. As long as you hold the shutter button pressed, images are captured until the memory card is full. Burst 30fps mode lets you take an impressive 30 shots at 640 x 480 resolution in 1 sec
AEB Mode
Take 3 consecutive shots: one with standard exposure, one with underexposure compensation and one with overexposure compensation
Interval Capture Mode
Benefit from the ability to capture continuous images at a pre-selected time interval: 10 sec, 30 sec, 5 min, 30 min or 1 hr. The camera will continue to take images at this interval until you press shutter button again, memory card reaches capacity, or battery runs out of power
Pre-Shot Mode
Lets you capture the background first, then have someone else capture you in front of it

External Flash Connection
