The Tesla K10 PCIe GPU Accelerator (Airflow Away from Bracket) from NVIDIA is a PCIe, double-wide form factor computing module comprising two NVIDIA GK104 GPUs. It offers a total 8GB of GDDR5 on-board memory (4GB per GPU) and supports PCIe Generation 3. The GPU can be configured to enable or disable ECC that can fix single bit errors and detect double bit errors.
Optimized for single precision applications, the Tesla K10 includes two ultra-efficient GK104 Kepler GPUs to deliver high throughput. It delivers up to 2x the performance for single precision applications compared to the previous generation Tesla M2090 GPU in the same power envelope. With an aggregate performance of 4.58 teraflop peak single precision and 320 GB/s memory bandwidth for both GPUs put together, the Tesla K10 is optimized for computations in seismic, signal image processing, and video analytics.
Note:Enabling ECC will cause some of the memory to be used for the ECC bits, so the user available memory will decrease by 10%. On the Tesla K10 the ECC protection is for DRAM only.
The GPU features a PCIe Generation 3 x16 system interface.
