I've please this new card is working perfectly for my 2004 Nikon D70! What an upgrade from using my half a gig and 1 gig cards of old. I was recently appointed as the Public Information Officer in a government organization of about 2,000 employees. I dug out my old camera to take pictures of our people in action to post to our social media. I'm so glad to not worry about filling up the card while taking as many photo as I wish.

Don't trust cut-price media to deliver when you've got an important photography job. Go with a company who's been around a while and is known for delivering quality media. This SanDisk CF card gives great value AND excellent performance. There are faster cards, but none with the value this quick card possesses.

Great Value.

Which is better for my 5d mark 4-this or the extreme pro SD card with 128 gb?
Asked by: Deborah
While both cards may be used, between the Sandisk Extreme and the SanDisk Extreme PRO card, as you are asking which is better for your Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR camera, I would recommend the SanDisk Extreme PRO card for use in the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR camera. As such, if you need the best performance, either the SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro CompactFlash Memory Card (160MB/s), B&H # SAEPCF64GBQ, or the larger SanDisk 128GB Extreme Pro CompactFlash Memory Card (160MB/s), B&H # SAEPCF128GBQ, would be my recommendation for your usage needs.

Which is better for my 5d mark 4–this or the sd 128 gig card with more space?
Asked by: Deborah
If you are shooting a lot of video (especially in 4K), I recommend the 128GB. If you mainly take photos or only do some video, the 64GB should be plenty of space. I shoot a mix of photo and video and the 64GB has provided plenty of storage. I've never run out of space during a shoot and often go multiple shoots before filling up the card.

Do you prefer the cf card to the sd card for your 5d mark 4? If it was time for a new card, which would you choose? (The sd cards are less expensive).
Asked by: Deborah
I record to both card types and have not had any problems with either type. I have a few CF cards from my Mk2 (didn't take CD cards) so I use them since I spent $$$ for them. To answer the question- SD are fine as long as the meet the speed requirements on the IV.

question

Can I use this in my Canon EOS 20D? Will I need the firmware update?
Asked by: Andrew S.
It looks as though the maximum size card the Canon 20D is compatible with is 16GB. A 64GB card would not be compatible with the 20D.
