  • 1Description

The black Pro Backpack 30 from Manfrotto holds a DSLR with a grip, an attached 70-200 f/2.8 lens, three additional lenses, a flash, and an extra DSLR body between padded dividers in the main compartment. It also accommodates a 13" laptop inside a dedicated laptop pocket at the back, and a tablet inside a padded zippered pocket on the inside of the front flap. For quick access to your gear, the front flap opens all the way down to reveal the main compartment. For further convenience, the Pro Backpack features numerous exterior and interior pockets.

Made from water-repellent Cordura nylon, this Pro bag features a multi-layered construction and a front shield that, along with four shock-absorbing feet, better diverts impact away from the middle of the bag. For further impact protection, the Pro bag features red rigid padded interior dividers that are built to withstand impact within the middle of the bag and maintain the interior shape.

For convenience when traveling, there is a nylon-webbed trolley strap at the back. For carrying the bag, there is a detachable adjustable shoulder harness with an included waist belt and sternum strap, and a grab handle at the top. Additionally, a removable rain cover is included for inclement weather.

    Manfrotto MB MP-BP-30BB reviews

Pro Backpack 30 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I was debating between this or the Pro 50... glad I got this one. This holds my Gripped 6D, spare body, extra lenses and flashes, tablet, and while it says it fits a 13 MacBook Pro, it fits a 15 easily. Almost wish I would have gotten the 50 as I wasn't sure I could fit everything, but there are a few nuances that make this bag just work. Most of all, I was worried about the 50 being too big to use as a carryon (and not check at the gate)... this one fully loaded just barely makes it in the overhead or under the seat. Glad I opted for the 30. Also hauls 2 tripods, one on the side, one on the back. Works great to carry a tripod and light stand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Manfrotto Pro Backpack 30 Great pack so far. It will hold all my gear (D7000, + 2 lenses) and the additional camera (D610) and 2 more lenses I will purchase shortly. Well made (even though it's made in China-which I dislike) Materials are first rate but some of the straps are too long in my opinion but I have yet to fully adjust to my body. I'm sure it will serve me for many years to come. Another reviewer wrote that it would fit into the overhead bin of aircraft; another reviewer wrote the 50 was too big - those are the reasons I purchased this backpack. I would definitely recommend this to other photographers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect 4.5 Stars! This backpack has almost everything. It holds my D7000 and F5 bodies along with an assortment of lenses, a flash, film, memory cards, 13 Macbook Pro and more! It just fits in overhead storage when fully loaded, so if you're thinking this bag might not be big enough, keep in mind whether you will need to take it on a plane or not. I've had this bag loaded with around 40lbs of kit and it has never showed any signs of strain or places where it may tear. Incredible build quality! It is easy to grab your main camera from the top compartment but I find getting additional gear from deeper in the bag can be a bit of a hassle if you're in a hurry or in a cramped space. I would like this bag to have more useful compartments on the outside, but I see how it adds to security when in a crowd. Overall this is an incredible backpack, and the only bag I will need for a long, long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its all I need I love this bag. It is the best ive ever had for protecting my camera gear. Inside is real thick padding and the outside shell is rugged. It has more than enough room for my 7D with a 70-200mm, 3 flashes and 2 extra lenses, transcievers, batteries, you name it. Plus a spot for my ipad and laptop, I couldnt ask for more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, Comfortable and Good Size, get it I've had this bag for 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It's very strong and well put together, my gear feels safe. There is plenty of organization and I like the easy camera access, by keeping the 2 clips locked you can just open the zipper a little bit and get your camera out quickly without having to open the whole backpack. If any complaints at all, I would say there is a lot of dangling straps, but I plan on cutting a few of them short myself and burning the frays with a lighter. Not a big deal at all in the grand scheme of things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pack for day use or storing equipm Was looking for a good backpack that I could put camera with long telephoto lens attached, but was easy to remove from the pack and also carry one or more lens depending on the need. This pack is great. The removal of the camera with lens is easy, and you do not have to open up the whole pack. It is well made, easy to carry and not two heavy when loaded up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made, well padded camera backpack I bought this backpack for upcoming trips and to fill out my new L series canon lenses. It easily fits my 24-70mm f2.8, 70-200mm f2.8 and still has room for 16-35mm f2.8, the 100mm f2.8 macro, a canon 380EX flash and an additional DSLR or lense. It is really well made with rigid padding on all sides, a hideaway pouch for strapping on a tripod and a rain cover. The way the zippers close and a couple of snap closures over the zipper make it difficult for someone to attempt to open it if you're walking through a crowd. I love it. Much better than another make backpack that I returned. The reason I am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 is that compartments for accessories such as cleaning kit, lense filters, connecting cables, extra batteries, etc. could be better organized. It's not a big issue. There are interior and side compartments. They could just be better organized. If I could give this 4 1/2 stars rathter then 4, I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this backpack well constructed with heavy duty padding and lots of space. Would have liked a larger interior zipper compartment for storing small valuables. Needed a bag for travel to take my 70-200 f/2.8 plus other lenses. When loaded it's heavy, but any bag with that lens would be heavy - thats the other reason I love this bag it has the trolly strap that fits my carry-on so I can wheel through the airports instead of carry.
