The Transvideo CineMonitorHD6 SBL Evolution Alexa Package includes the 6” CineMonitorHD6 SBL Evolution SuperBright On-Board Monitor, the 3D Swing Arm for Alexa, a carbon handle, and a light hood.
The bundled cables include two 4.5GHz HDTV BNC Cables (3.3’), a mini HDMI cable, an RS3 power cable and an i/ lens cable to display data from Cooke or Angenieux Lens /i primes and zooms. The package also includes a screen protective cover and a microfiber cloth and bag for the monitor, a USB adapter for software updates, and a Pelican case with custom shaped foam for storage and transport.
The 6” CineMonitorHD6 SBL Evolution features 1,000 nits brightness and an anti-glare sunlight readable screen. It can be set in 2 operating modes either for outdoor viewing or color monitoring. In Full Bright mode (for outdoor viewing), details in both the dark areas and highlights are maintained even in bright sunlight without hood. Featuring RealFrameRate technology, the on-board monitor provides true monitoring of existing in-camera images with 1-frame delay or less. The monitor displays clear images without aliasing or motion blur. It offers useful tools, such as the LensReader that reads and displays in real time the lens metadata of /i and LDS lenses. It also includes a Cine Tape Measure communication to display in real time the measured distance.
The Heavy-Duty 3D Swing Arm is designed for the CineMonitor HD6 used with ARRI Alexa cameras. The clamp on the top allows mounting the monitor from the bottom slide, its back, or any extra slide. It comes with a special 3/8"-16 male thread on the bottom that prevents rotation. Thanks to the die-cast stainless steel body, it fits perfectly and securely on the side or on the handle of the camera.
The Carbon Handle directly snaps onto the monitor and serves as an extra handle. It is made of carbon fiber and stainless steel.
The 3.3' (1m) long 4.5 GHz HDTV cable features certified HD BNC male connectors. The XLR4 female to RS3 (Fisher3) male spiral cable is used to power the CineMonitorHD6 Monitor.
