Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can mirror my laptop monitor on tv Our photo group meets monthly to look at each other's work. With 10 of us, it's easiest to see the images on the large screen tv. The dongle works very well, connecting my Mac Powerbook Pro with TV. Uses HDMI port on tv. Everything I do on computer is mirrored on tv, so we can show examples of post-photo processing. Very easy to set up. Most difficult part is you may have to dust the back of your tv! There may be a wireless Mini DisplayPort-HDMI which would mean you could move away from tv, but if there is, I don't know about it yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Great! I use it to hook my TV to my iMac and it gives very nice picture and sound. It was easy to start using, just plug it in and turn off mirror display then it was ready to go! Haven't had any issues with it yet. I kind of wish that when the TV is off, the sound automatically reverts back to the mac's speakers instead of having to go into the sound control to change it over manually.
