WonderPana 145 System Holder for Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8G ED Lens is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best option for the Nikon 14-24 Of all possible not entirely practical solutions for filtering the 14-24 this is the best one. Still bulky, takes up tons of space in a backpack, but helluva lot more compact than the competition. The Mk2 design (with the red ring) is a dramatic improvement over Mk1 (all black), though Fotodiox does a poor job of even acknowledging that there are multiple revs floating out there. I did not see any vignetting with the ND8 and ND1000 threaded filters, which is just fine - I would have bough threaded filters even if there was vigneting, with exposed glass of this size you absolutely want some method of protection while you are fiddling with a tripod or changing locations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Perfect Solution for the Nikon 14-24 This is my second WonderPana 145. My first was used on the Tokina 16-28. When I purchased the Nikon 14-24 I new for the kind of work I do I would need the adapter. It is beautifully crafted from aluminum and fits the lens like a glove. I cannot possibly understand the other reviewers problem. It will not damage your lens. Paired with the new 145 Multi-Coated Polarizer you have the perfect solution for accentuating skies and working with water shots like waterfalls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits like a Glove! The filter holder for the Nikkor 14-24mm lens is a genuine jewel in construction and fit! Even though necessarily quite large, it functions perfectly with no visible vignetting. Adds no appreciable weight to the lens...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from To protect your 14-24, get this. This is just as much engineering as you'll need to ensure the Nikon 14-24 does not suffer front element damage. Even a bit of liquid or dust can be tough to clean, let alone heartbreaking scratch damage. the frame goes on easily enough, then you can remove the filter when doing your shooting if it's not needed for protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed I just recently purchased this adapter and have to see i'm impressed by the quality and fit on my 14-24. no scratching or marring of the lens which i was worried about

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great System! This product was recommended to me for my 14-24 through a representative on the B&H live chat feature. I used it on a trip to Iceland recently with a CPL and two different ND filters. It was perfect! Very easy to use and took my images to a new level. It's a little bulky to travel with when you include a variety of filters, but it's worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Damaged my Lens! This was a nice idea, but beware, these units cause all kinds of problems including leading to lens damage. The unit has bare metal tension fasteners. After only a couple of uses, I noticed significant gouging on both the lens hood and the lens diaphragm (at 14mm, the diaphragm rides right up to the edge of the hood). The unit also creates metal dust every time I use it, leading me to have to clean it just to install it. Lastly, it comes loose all the time, which leaves me having to remove it from the body and tighten it back up. If you leave it connected to the body while you tighten it, then you'll risk damaging the aperture rod in your camera, and causing damage to both the lens and the body. If you really need a CPL or ND filter, get a Nikon 16-35, and use your precious 14-24 for everything else. On the other hand, if you like having a cheap piece of metal damage a $2,000 lens, then by all means, buy this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect filter solution! I bought this for my Sigma 12-24 lens. I was able to put a 145mm ND filter in my lens and it helps a lot in reducing flare. The system is easy to attach to your lens and some instructional video is available in youtbe.
