Wohler RMT-173-TT overview

  • 1Description

The Wholer RMT-173-TT 17" LCD Production Monitor is a versatile Full HD production monitor suitable for use both in the studio and in the field. It features a 17", 8-bit LED-backlit LCD display with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080, a brightness of 300 cd/m^2 (nits), 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, and a contrast ratio of 600:1. It comes equipped with two 3G-SDI inputs with loop-through that also support HD-SDI and SD-SDI, one analogue multi-input with loop-through and sync that supports component, Y/C, and composite, and an HDMI port that will also accept a DVI-D signal. In addition, it features two stereo analogue audio inputs, a speaker output, and a headphone jack.

The RMT-173-TT has a dual screen display mode that can either show two images side-by-side or one full screen image with a second smaller image superimposed over it much like picture-in-picture on a television. In addition, it provides a number of advanced display functions. These include waveform, vectorscope, timecode display, in-screen 16-channel audio level metering, video format display, area and title safe markers, and a tally light.

This version of the monitor includes a table top stand, and supports a 6RU rackmount kit that is sold separately.

User-defined function buttons for quick access to frequent settings
