Blue 2.5" 1TB SATA OEM Mobile Hard Drive is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for MacBook Pro I purchased this to replace a dying drive in my MacBook Pro (didn't want to invest in a SSD since I'll be upgrading to a new Mac before long and only wanted a temporary hold over). It works well for a MacBook Pro if you need a roomy, affordable, quiet, and decently fast drive that is also solid and reliable. It should give me plenty of more performance and reliability while I continue to use my MacBook Pro until I upgrade and extend the life of my MacBook Pro. It is a very cost effective way to breathe new life into one's MacBook Pro.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pure Junk I previously rated this enclosure and gave it a 4 of 5 because the company left out the mandatory screws needed to secure the enclosure. Well that was before I tried to use it. This thing is a total piece of junk. When I finally got around to using it, it just doesn't work. I installed the hard drive and it wouldn't show on any of my computers (win 8.1, win7, and linux.mint) I installed 3 different drives and nothing showed up ever. Even though I could feel and hear the drive spinning. (which I was glad they didn't send the screws making it easier to swap drives in the enclosure). Needless to say this will be going back and Sabrent will be added to my never buy again list.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad I haven't used it yet but the company tried to be through but failed. They included the enclosure, the cable and even a small screw driver to put it all together. Which I thought was just awesome until I started putting it together and found out they forgot the 2 little screws needed to finish the job. I know I didn't lose them because I opened it carefully on an empty table. Which makes this a 4 and not a 5. I could have done without the screw driver but I can't do without the screws that hold it all together. Epic fail on the companies end.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Renewed Life in Computer Upgrading the hardware in my computer has made a huge change in its speed. I have a lot of pictures, music and saved documents. I am pleased with the storage space and would recommend this product. It does have a slight hum which might be noticed by someone who is very computer wise. I hardly notice it and most likely would not have had it not been pointed out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet Drive Installed in a VAIO laptop. I outgrew the capacity of the 500GB drive that came with the laptop. Easy to install new drive. I had trouble restoring from a backup of the old drive. I finally purchased a USB to SATA cable by Apricorn with software to copy from old to new drive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent HDD WD always made a superb product and this one is no exception. Installed easily and works flawlessly so far. Also BH did a superb job in guiding me in my purchase through their live chat, shipped it the same day and I got it the next day via expedited shipping.
