How do you wall mount these speakers? I am replacing a 135Si system that had an awesome mounting system

Asked by: john428
The satellite speakers exactly mount the same way any wall clock would be mounted. There is a keyhole in the back of the speaker, with the ability to mount it horizontally or vertically. You need to put a screw in the wall, not screwed in quite all the way, and then hang the speaker on the screw.

Which reviver(7.2) is most recommended with JBL Cinema 610? Also do we need to change wires provided with speaker or it should work just fine?

Asked by: Vdas
Our JBL CINEMA 610 speaker system has an impedance of 4 ohms. As long as the receiver you choose is rated for 4 ohms, it will work with these speakers. Keep in mind that the CINEMA 610 speakers are also rated for a maximum power of 60 watts, so if your receiver is capable of putting out more power, be careful not to turn the volume up too high or you might blow the speakers.

Hey I bought this almost a year ago just got a new recipe for Christmas and this receiver is 5.2 channel is there any way I can purchased another subwoofer exactly the same one

Asked by: Turtle8306
Our JBL Cinema 610 is a 5.1 home-theatre system which includes one subwoofer, four satellite speakers, and one center-channel speaker. Yes, you may add a subwoofer to the system, and this will depend on the capability of your receiver. The receiver you should be compatible with a 5.2 set up and should have two subwoofer ports. We recommend that you have this checked with the manufacturer of the receiver. If you have more questions, please reach out to our Customer Support. https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html

Is this system suppose to have a receiver .

Asked by: Taisipic
Our JBL Cinema 610 has to be connected to an audio-video receiver/ amplifier to function. The recommended amplifier would be one that has 10 - 100 watts at 8 ohms.

Will this work with Yamaha RX-V683BL?

Asked by: Anonymous
The receiver may not be able to handle a 4 Ohms speaker. It will work fine as long as you do not adjust the receiver to full volume because it will run too hot and may damage the setup. To power these speakers effectively, please refer to A/V receivers that can distribute around 100 watts per channel at 4 ohms.
