This lightweight, vintage-design Tenba bag also accommodates an iPad or a similar sized tablet in a back zippered pocket. This case is part of three original Tenba bags that have been re-introduced in the Classic Collection.

There is a larger zippered pocket underneath the flap that holds accessories such as pens, your smartphone, and cables . The Slim Courier can be carried using the adjustable shoulder strap, or the leather grip handle at the top.

    Tenba P211 reviews

Classic P211 Original Slim Courier is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best travel bag I just bought my second Classic P211 camera bag. I got the first one years and years ago hauling it all over the world. It's the perfect for a camera, three lenses and the bottom compartment is ideal for stowing a memory card case, batteries and charger. Given it's size it fits easily under the airplane seat. The old one was showing it's age so I bought a new one. I do like the improvements. It's stiffer holding its shape better and has clips replacing the old Velcro closures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great slim but roomy bag I have probably 5 regular midsize dslr bags and I've been looking for slim factor with easy to reach in design. I literallly went through all the bag bh has online looking for something discreet (black) and affordable. Narrowed it down to about 8 bags or so, by the time sorting was complete this was left. I reveived it just now a day later and I love it. It is a medium size bag but looks like it will hold tons of stuff. First you can hide 2 small primes on the bottom, then you have 3 slots up top, 70-200 fits with issue, 24-70, and ultra wide attached to the body. At the end of it all it is just right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slender Outside; Cavernous Inside I love this bag! I've carried camera bags for 35 years and have owned dozensmore Tarmacs than anything else. I always favor a narrow, deep bag, and this design delivers. There is a bottom compartment that holds extra stuff, too. The compartment opening is zippered, but doesn't flap down. On the negative side, this means you have to squeeze things in and out; on the plus side, nothing could possibly fall out, even if manipulating with one had. Full disclosure, I added one extra divider from an old bag. Once I did that, this bag holds a Fuji XE-2 with an 18-55 f/2.8 - 4.0, a 23mm f/1/.4, a 14m f/2.8 (coupled together), a 56mm f/1.2, and a 90mm f/2.0. That's one camera and five lenses all in the top compartment. I have the EF-42 flash in the bottom compartment with Sto-Fen diffuser mounted and room to spare. There are three other, narrow zippered compartments: one in the lid, one on the front side with two inner pockets, and one on the back side, suitable for an iPad or other tablet. The bag is extremely well made and very sturdy. It has a firm, box shape. There is an ample shoulder strap (it doesn't swivel) and a sturdy handle on the lid. which fastens with two plastic buckles. This bag is most suitable for mirrorless cameras or perhaps smaller, APS-C SLR cameras and lenses. I'm very happy with this purchase. It's my new favorite bag!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact and very space-efficient Like many serious amateurs, I've been through so many photo bags... But this one is a real find. An older design still extremely relevant and actual. This bag has a very clever bottom pocket, that opens in front, and that is good for 2 good size lenses. In my case, I can comfortably carry the following: - Sony A7 II - Sony/Zeiss FE 55/1.8 - Sony/Zeiss FE 35/1.4 - Sony/Zeiss FE 16-35/4 - Zeiss Batis 85/1.8 - Sony 70-200/4 The bag is very compact and truly looks like an ordinary messenger bag - doesn't scream expensive stuff - steal me. The padding is more than adequate to protect the equipment. The exterior back pocket can carry an iPad or Kindle. And there's a slim pocket at the front for batteries, Color checker, memory cards, etc. A real winner for city usage or when you are not sure to bring your equipment. The compactness of the package removes any hesitation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Miss the org. P211 I had a 20 years old P211 and still using it. That one is made in USA while this one is made in China. The new one doesn't have the quality build compare to the old one and I miss the flip out cover of the old one. Overall a very good bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Great simple Bag I really do love this bag. I'll start with quality. This bag feels really sturdy. I feel like I can really work this bag without the seems coming apart, ripping, or strap and hand handle snapping off. It also has a really solid structure, meaning that it is not flimsy. I like that it is strong enough to maintain its box shape but not too stiff where it doesn't flex. The size is perfect for me, it is on the smaller end of bags which is like, and it does not weight too much either. The only thing that I absolutely do not like is the shoulder strap that does not rotate where the strap meets the bag. So when it gets twisted you have to take it off and untwist it which is a really huge pet peeve. On a plus side the flap covers enough of the bag so that it stays in places when it is not snapped in. This I like because I can walk around and not worry about anything falling out or my gear being exposed. I really wish that there was one larger clip instead of 2 smaller ones. This adds a time to clipping the flap down and also unclipping when trying to reach your gear. I think this and having the rotating shoulder strap would have allowed me to put down 5 stars. The pocket on the front flap is just a general pocket but mostly you can only fit flat small items. I don't use it though. The interior pocket however does not allow for much room. Pens, memory cards, business cards, wallet, keys, etc. It is very cramped and not really accessible. I do manage to be able to fit all the necessities like I mentioned earlier. I am not using this to carry around my entire arsenal. If you do need more space, which I occasionally do there is a weird but useful pocket compartment located on the very bottom of the bag. There is a lot more space to but extra items. I have managed to put my Nikon 50mm 1.8g, Flash and 2 triggers here at the bottom. Just keep in mind if you are planning to be constantly putting down this bag you might not want these types of times in there. The main compartment is on the shorter side but it does fit my Tamron 70-200 f2.8, Nikon 24-70 f2.8, and my D800. It is snug but i like it like that. The flap is easily clipped down with all these items in there. As a disclaimer, I shoot weddings and all thought I travel with my think tank back pack, I always use this bag to roam around during the event. Which is why I like it small and do not mind the pockets being less than adequate. I also do maternity and family portraits which this is my main bag. Over all I really love this pack with a few caveats.
