The Para 177 Reflector from Broncolor is a 69.7" parabolic reflector designed like an umbrella with 24 segments. It features a reflective silver interior and the ability to focus and defocus in order to create a distinctive three-dimensional look. This focusing can be done from behind the reflector. The Para allows for light to wrap around the subject and light fall off only occurs at the extreme edges. The Para 177 also features a crank handle for easily opening and closing the reflector.
This reflector does require the use of a separate lamp mount for proper operation.
