Is this really a carry on? Delta says Baggage must fit easily in the Carry-on Baggage Check (approximately 22 x 14 x 9. and the specs for this case are a little bigger.
Carry-on sizes can vary, with external specs of 22.8 x 13.3 x 10.5 it will be within specs for some airlines and outside of the specs for others. Your best bet will be to check with your airline directly about what can be carried on to their planes.
