What dead cat would work best on these mics? I want it to fully cover the condenser to minimize wind noise.
Asked by: Michael
The Rode M5 mics come with a foam windscreen. The recommended dead cat for the Rode M5 is the Rode WS8 (BH #ROWS8).

question

Can these mics be used for dialogue (indoor) in a low budget film?
Asked by: rayvonn b.
I haven't used these pics for dialogue, however, I did use them to record a performance on my Yamaha grand piano and found them to be very accurate and warm. As such, I feel they would work very well for dialogue.
