question

As there are no filter numbers listed on the filters... It is very difficult to identify them. Are the packaged in a specific order?
Asked by: Sharon L.
I have found them to be packaged top to bottom to coincide with the rows (NOT columns) listed on the package labeling. That is, 129 on top and then 216, 216, 250,220, etc. All but the F1/F2/F3 labels are associated with Lee diffusion numbers, the F's are apparently Rosco clones. I used a permanent marker to write the numbers in a small space at the bottom of each gel for subsequent identification.

question

Can these be used in a 500W fresnel? What is their burn rating?
Asked by: William
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not list the heat rating of these filters. However, if using them with the proper filter frame for a 500 watt fresnel, they would work fine.
