These look like they were made more than 40 years ago by the packaging. They ones I received were made in Japan by Bower. B&H seems to be the only ones to have this size and are perfect for 2 eyepiece filters.

A classic photo accessory!

The stack cap is a classic accessory for storing lens filters and protecting them from damage in a photo bag. The model I received can be attached to a camera strap to carry a few filters, but the best use is to store a tall stack of filters, while allowing easy access. They can be used with rotating filters, such as polarizers, but work best with standard filters. In a pinch, one of the caps can be used as a lens cap on your camera.
