The PG2401PT 24.1" Widescreen LED-Backlit IPS Color Accurate Monitor from BenQ features an IPS, or In-Plane Switching, display for enhanced color accuracy along with an enhanced resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a 16:10 aspect ratio. This color accurate monitor supports both Adobe RGB and CMYK color spaces to display colors with greater accuracy than standard LCD monitors. Along with an enhanced resolution and color accuracy, you benefit from a response time rise of 12 ms and response time fall of 5 ms ensuring the display pixels can quickly adjust to changing images on the display.

With a wide variety of color temperatures you are able to receive a more accurate depiction of a variety of images. You can also adjust the orientation of the monitor itself with the ability to tilt the monitor from -5° to 20° and swivel the monitor from -45° to 45°. If the included stand isn't sufficient for your viewing needs you can mount this VESA-compatible monitor the wall and take full advantage of the 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles. Once configured, you can then connect this monitor to a variety of ports as it supports D-Sub, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, and mini DisplayPort connection options.

Soft Proofing Makes Monitor to Printing More Efficient
This BenQ PG series monitor is tested against standard printing color charts and real printing house results to determine which aspects of colorations prove to be the most challenging for graphic professionals. As defined by these test results, this BenQ PG series monitor specializes in color reproduction for tones with a Delta-E value lower than two.
Certified Print-Quality Display
This BenQ PG series monitor is Printing-Industry Color Certified (G7/Forga) according to international ISO standards that improve design and proofing efficiency and lower total cost of ownership.
Individually Tested to Verify Performance
The display found within this BenQ PG monitor is subjected to a verification process on-site upon production in order to test the performance of the monitor in terms of brightness uniformity, Delta-E, and Gamma curve. The results are then validated against BenQ and industry color standards and noted on a calibration report included with each individual PG series monitor.
Enhanced Adobe RGB and CMYK Coverage
Take advantage of enhanced color coverage with 100% CMYK color space and 99% Adobe RGB color space.
Expand the Spectrum on a 10-bit IPS Panel
This BenQ PG series monitor supports smooth shading and color transitions in natural gradations on a 10-bit display panel. A 10-bit panel can create more than one billion colors - 64 times the amount of color available on an 8-bit panel. The PG series also includes 14-bit processing capability, generating crisper definition and improved gray-level distinction, allowing you to see true-to-print natural shades before they get printed.
Predictable Colors with 14-bit 3D LUT
With the 14-bit 3D Look Up Table (LUT), this monitor can display one of the most accurate color mixtures. 14-bit 3D LUT improves RGB color blending accuracy, resulting in enhanced color and gray tone reproduction.
Pixel-Perfect Color Authenticity
With Delta E≤2 color accuracy you benefit from enhanced color accuracy throughout your project workflow. Delta E≤2 not only offers viewers the truest impression of the original image, it also saves time and money by creating reliable colors the first time.
Hardware Calibration
Utilizing an X-Rite Calibration device (sold separately), you can use the hardware calibration functionality to adjust the 3D LUT in the monitor directly, providing smoother and more consistent color tones. Keep the image consistent with the original, without being affected by graphic settings. Subsequently, these calibrated settings are stored directly in the monitor under two of the preset modes.
Brightness Uniformity Function
The brightness uniformity function enables this PG series monitor to maintain a consistent image across the entire display. By balancing brightness and chromaticity, the brightness uniformity function offers a more consistent viewing experience.
BenQ Co-Developed Software
Included with this PG series monitor is Palette Master Software, co-developed with X-Rite. This software allows users to efficiently validate calibration results according to G7, FOGRA, and UGRA printing standards. An intuitive UI design and range of adjustment parameters make calibrating suitable color profiles quick and easy.

Ergonomic Design
The stand included with this PG series monitor can be maneuvered to tilt, pivot, or swivel in order to suit nearly any ergonomic desktop configuration, regardless of the desk arrangement or the user's height. The On Screen Display can even rotate automatically for landscape or portrait use.
Fine-Tuned Presets
Factory-calibrated preset viewing modes ensure users have a suitable variety of viewing conditions upon first using the monitor. The PG series offers standard, Adobe RGB, sRGB, illumine. A, D50, and D65 for standard graphical work. For more involved work, the calibration mode enables users to save calibration settings and switch between different sets of calibration settings. Additionally, the heavily customizable Custom Mode can be used for delicate color tuning.
Full Range of Connectivity
A variety of inputs provides users with flexibility in connecting various input devices. PC users can connect this PG series monitor to a PC via DVI-D, HDMI or DisplayPort while Mac users can connect via the mini DisplayPort input. A USB 3.0 port and a card reader are also available for rapid file transfers and storage solutions.
Shading Hood
Ambient lighting and glare can often obstruct the user's perception of color reproduction. With this in mind, this PG series monitor includes a detachable shading hood made specifically for glare reduction and use in areas where controlling ambient light is not feasible.
