Doesn't do what you think
I bought this to take a RCA Signal into a VGA signal. I later found out that this piece would not work and do the trick. I suppose it would work if you needed to send the signal the other way around...but be careful and make sure this will work for your needs before buying this product.

Product works.
This adapter is for plugging into your computer and providing you with an output to plug into a TV making the TV into a computer monitor. It will not work the other way around (you can't plug a video feed into it and watch it on a computer monitor).
