The PS751 Desktop Document Camera from Lumens allows you to image documents, transparencies, and even 3D objects for presentations and classrooms. The camera can capture up to 1080p video at 30 frames per second, and features 8x optical zoom, with an additional 2x boost from sensor zoom. It provides dual LED side lights for main illumination, which are mounted on adjustable gooseneck arms to help minimize glare. For X-rays and transparencies, there is a backlit surface as well.

The PS751 can be connected to a computer using USB for use with annotation software, or can operate standalone - you just need to plug in a projector or display. It features an HDMI output, two VGA outputs, and a composite output to cover all of your bases. The sensor in the PS751 features an effective resolution, measured in MTF, of 967 lines and has a signal-to-noise ration of 51db. This allows it to capture images at up to 1080p
Captures at 30 Fps
A 30 fps native frame rate means the PS751 is suitable for capturing moving as well as static objects. 30 fps is the standard frame rate of progressive scan, NTSC video, and will not exhibit the kind of motion blur and choppiness that becomes apparent at slower frame rates
8x Optical / 2x Sensor Zoom
The camera features an 8x optical zoom lens with an additional 2x boost provide by "sensor zoom". Sensor zoom takes advantage of the fact the sensor resolution is higher than the output resolution, and uses these extra pixels to increase magnification without significant quality reduction, unlike digital zoom, which merely up-scales the image. The camera also feature 12x digital zoom
Larger Than A3 Work Surface
With the camera fully extended, and set to the widest zoom setting, the lens covers a working area of 20.4 by 15"
Built-in LED Backlight
A built in LED backlight perfectly covers an A4-sized document (8.3 x 11.7"), allowing you to show transparencies or add enhanced illumination to semi-opaque objects
Annotation Without a Computer
Connect a wired or wireless mouse directly to the PS751. With this feature you can edit images an add notations, which will display over the outputs, from the unit itself without needing a separate computer
Internal Recording and USB Flash Drive Support
The PS751 can store up to 240 JPEG image using on-board memory. In addition, a USB flash drive can be connected allowing you to record video, audio captured by the built-in microphone, as well as additional photos. The camera supports flash drives up to 32GB
HDMI and VGA Connections with Switching Capability
One HDMI and two VGA outputs allow you to connect the PS751 directly to projectors and high definition displays. In addition, HDMI and VGA pass-through inputs allow the camera to act as a presentation switcher. For example, you can switch between a PowerPoint presentation on your computer a document being recorded by the camera without needing any additional hardware
LED Illumination on Adjustable Goosenecks
The direction of illumination from the dual LED side lights can be adjusted to help minimize the appearance of unwanted reflections of glare
