Can this be used on the Godox AD200 with bare bulb?

You could use this for the reflector. The umbrella hole will not line up on a AD200 it was made for the AD360.

Does this fit on the Cheetah Light and Flashpoint series bare bulb heads?

B&H does not carry the Cheetah brand lights.If the light you are referring to is a bare bulb light like the Bolt VB-22 Bare-Bulb Flash B&H # BOVB22 MFR # VB-22 it should fit but both manufactures have not tested if it fits or not.
