As indicated on page 356 of the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera's instruction manual, CompactFlash cards with UDMA 7 compatibility are recommended for use when recording 4K video. As such, yes, the Lexar 128GB Professional 1066x CompactFlash Memory Card (UDMA 7, 2-Pack) would be compatible for use with 4K video recording needs.
