Works with GFX 50s

Contrary to some reviews about the RR-90 not being compatible with the GFX 50s, I want to assure any potential buyers of this remote release that it is completely compatible. Take a look at page 57 in the Owners Manual of the GFX and you will see how this works. As the attached picture shows, you plug it into the top section of the Micro USB socket. Its a simple release, with a light touch for auto-focus, but works very well.

Had read other reviews that said the product didnt work - I have a Fuji XT2 and its working just fine.  I had been using a knock off - but it stopped working properly - had to keep turning the camera off when using the lock position.  Im a happy camper..... and photographer.

Does not work with X-H1

This claims it supports the X-H1 but it is not compatible. The micro usb male does not fit in the the X-H1 usb port. You should change the compatibility list of products. Its a waste of time and money!

Added this to the cart because it showed up in the recommend accessories for the Fujifilm X-t2 but this remote is not compatible with the camera.

RR90 better than RR100

We have gone through 20-30 RR100's and have found the RR90s outlast the RR100's by 10 Fold; if your doing volume. Not sure why Fuji doesn't go back to the RR90 as the new version is manufactured terribly and craps out frequently. Thanks again BH for another amazing service!! Keep up the great work!

question

will this remote work with the new X-T3? Or do I need the RR-100?
Asked by: Anonymous
USB plug changed to USB-C on the X-T3 so those older style USB won't work. But it has a standard 2.5mm phono type remote jack so any remote with one of those plugs will work fine, and yes the RR-100 is one of those types.

question

will the RR-90 work on the Fuji Xe-1 ?
Asked by: Anonymous
For the X-E1, remote release compatibility is both the RR-80A and RR-80 - either one will work, but not the RR-90.

question

How would I use on an S1 for long exposures as I can find no reference to a bulb setting in the manual?Mark
Asked by: Anonymous
There is a hold position on the remote so you can trigger and hold or trigger and slide to hold to keep the shutter open. If you question is if the S1 has a bulb mode I don't know but I use it all the time on my X-T1 to shoot fireworks.
