Descent Camera Sling Pack is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for on the go photography I use this for hiking along creeks and streams shooting waterfalls and hiking to remote areas. The pack easily swings into place for easy access to filters and different lenses. This is not a carry all type of pack, so don't expect to lug around a ton of stuff. I take one body and two lenses, 3 filters and a camranger. If I could say one negative it is that the pockets on the outside are very tight, tough to even squeeze in a spare battery. But this is the best I have found for the way I shoot, I don't have to lay the bag down, I can drop my lens cap into the bag instead on into a pocket, and the quick access to my filters and spare lenses is awesome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like this sling bag I finally found a carry system that will favor my injured right shoulder. I've tested the left-shoulder sling bag on a short hike with gear on board and it works well. I can easily fit a Canon 5d3 with 100-400 mk2 without hood in the deepest slot, my 24-70L and 16-35L go in the other two, with the 1.4TC in the remaining space. It weighs about 11.5 lbs with all these items. I just wish the designers had made the front zippered pocket just a little bit deeper so as to provide more room for small but bulky items such as batteries, etc; that's why I give the bag a 4, otherwise the bag is a 5+.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sling pack for the hiker I got this for my great nephew who just got his first digital slr and needs a camera bag for hiking and walking, easy and fast to get the camera in and out. I have a tamrac that does this well, but they do not make that model any more. I took my camera and tested lots of bags. This is the only sling bag that fits all that is needed without being bigger than it has to be to do that, which is comfortable for long distance carrying, can get the camera in and out easily enough so that there is no barrier to shooting when something comes into view. I have not given it to my great nephew yet, so will add to this review after he has used it a couple months. So many bags are mainly for protecting during transport, and are not meant as a working bag for the woods and trails, so I was really happy to discover this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Designed Since this was made as an SLR pack, there is plenty of room for my micro 4/3 M1 with a battery grip attached. I added a camera bag insert to snug things up, and there is still plenty of room for some lenses and accesories. So probably a little big for a micro 4/3 camera. But should be perfect for a full frame camera. An included rain hood is tucked in the velcroed side pocket.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice bag but a problem I had to return the bag. I couldn't get it adjusted right for the female body. The bag set up for the camera equipment was perfect though. A cross body for me was just not comfortable. Otherwise a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Security in crowds I bought this bag specifically for a vacation trip and was able to carry my D3400 with both kit lenses and a 50 mm prime, extra batteries, charger. Along with miscellaneous items such as snacks and 2 water bottles. The bag was extremely comfortable to carry, I carried it approximately 10 hours each day. My biggest concern was security and that someone could come up from behind and open the bag without my knowing, the way the main compartment zippers are arranged they are concealed and no one would know they are there unless they are familiar with the bag. The other part I like is that it is very discreet and doesn't look like a camera bag, I don't want anything screaming come steal me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best pack for both carry-on use and hiking use for your gear All your most important gear for traveling with a full size camera and lenses, except your tripod, fits in secure package that you can carry on your front enabling you to get access while limiting pickpockets and living your back free if you need to sit. Padded partitions are movable to configure to separate camera, lenses, etc. with pockets for filter pouches and other smaller items.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High quality, well thought out I use this bag as an every day bag when hiking around. The camera is fitted with a hand grip strap so it is easy to get in and out of the bag. This is much easier than carrying a long lens around your neck . You have to be careful about the weight you carry because it can start to be heavy on one shoulder. It easily fits my SLR body with a 70 - 200 f/4, and two other lenses with room for batteries and polarizing filters. It is built very well except the zippers could be smoother.
