The ULXD124D/SM87 Dual Channel Combo Wireless System from Shure includes the ULXD2 handheld transmitter with SM87A cartridge, the ULXD1 wireless bodypack transmitter and the ULXD4D dual channel digital receiver. When completed with the addition of a compatible Shure lavalier microphone, headset microphone or instrument cable this set can provide wireless miking for up to two people simultaneously for a multitude of public speaking, ENG and live music applications.

Designed for use on stage, the ULXD2 handheld transmitter is fitted with a sensitive yet directional SM87A condenser microphone cartridge that features a supercardioid polar pattern. The ULXD1 pocket transmitter, on the other hand, can be paired with a number of Shure lavalier, clip-on instrument and headset mics that come in a variety of different polar patterns. It can also pair with the WA302 instrument cable for wireless guitar and bass. The ULXD2 and the ULXD1 are both housed in aluminum bodies that are designed to be rugged yet lightweight. Each run on either two AA batteries or on the optional Shure SB900 rechargeable battery pack. Each feature external charging contacts for use with the optional SBC200 dual docking charger and also features backlit LCD displays for visibility onstage. In addition, both the ULXD2 and the ULXD1 feature a lock button to prevent settings from being changed while you are performing.

The ULXD4D dual receiver delivers 24-bit/48 kHz digital audio and is capable of supporting both transmitters simultaneously. Housed in an all-metal chassis, it can be installed into a single rack space. The receiver features dual XLR outputs for discrete routing of each channel into your mixer as well as automatic frequency scanning for finding the strongest available signal. Additionally, the ULXD4D employs AES 256-bit encryption which delivers secure wireless transmission for applications that call for privacy.

    The ULXD4D Dual-Channel Wireless Receiver from Shure is designed for compatibility with Shure's ULX-D wireless systems. It is tuned to Shure's H50 frequency band that operates between 537 to 598 MHz It features 256-bit AES encryption that allows for reception of secure signals. The unit's digital predictive switching diversity is designed to assure you have consistent reception.
