Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO Overview
Wide-angle 7-14mm zoom lens offers a 14-28mm equivalent focal length range for Micro Four Thirds digital cameras.
Constant f/2.8 maximum aperture maintains consistent performance throughout the zoom range and benefits working in difficult lighting situations.
The lens construction incorporates two aspherical ED (extra-low dispersion) elements, one DSA (Dual Super Aspherical) element, one aspherical element, three Super ED elements, one ED element, and two HR (high-refractive index) elements into its design to minimize aberrations, distortion, and color fringing while also contributing to overall image sharpness, clarity, and color fidelity.
A ZERO (Zuiko Extra-low Reflection Optical) coating has been applied to individual elements to minimize lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and color fidelity when working in strong lighting conditions.
Movie & Still Compatible (MSC) autofocus system benefits both photo and video applications due to its smooth, quiet, and fast performance.
Programmable L-Fn (lens function) button for easily accessible settings adjustment.
Dust, splash, and freezeproof construction ensures this lens' performance in inclement conditions and harsh environments.
Built-in petal-type lens hood helps to alleviate stray light from causing flare and also adds some protection from accidental impacts to the front element.
Rounded seven-blade diaphragm produces a smooth bokeh quality.

question
Hi. Is this 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO lens compatible with Olympus PT-EP13 underwater housing ?
No way. For such a short focal length and for being m4:3, this lens is quite large. That's due to it being a Pro level lens and having a wide constant aperture.

question
Do we know yet if the lens hood on this lens is removable? I've only seen promotional photos of the lens with the hood on. If it's not removable, it may be a challenge to include filters, which is one of the main reasons I held off purchasing the Panasonic wide angle lens, as I use filters quite often.
Hood is NOT removable. If you want to use a filter, you will have to figure out a way as there's no practical way to do this presently. Perhaps a third party will make a mount, but not seen any announcements. (July 2015). the OLY 9-18 will mount circular filters if this is important to you. It's a tiny lens too.

question
Is it possible to use an ND filter with this lens? If so, What would I need to buy? I hear there is not thread to screw on a filter
There are a couple of options that are available. One from Haida with a specific holder for the 7-14. the Haida system is 150mm filters so HUGE. Lee filters has an adapter for their 100mm system with caveats that you may vignette a little at either 7 or 8 mm.

No, the 7-14 mm is not too big for M5. We use ours on an even smaller PenF. This is a pro lens and has very nice optics. We use ours for star photography.
