Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great travel tripod I was somewhat skeptical about this tripod at first look, but the reviews were great and I really needed something that could fold up to a small size. This did the job, with my ball head installed it folded down and fit in the side pocket (water bottle pouch) of my backpack. It was perfect. I ran a Canon 6D with 24-70F4 without issue. I stabilized it by pulled my camera strap downward as I shot. I used it on the rocks on Kauai and had no issues adjusting it to the necessary angles. It is a little shorter that a full tripod, but I never felt like it was limiting. Great product overall and I would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Little Tripod After much testing I recently moved from my Canon 5D kit to the Sony NEX 7. This downsize has been a great space and weight saver. The only thing missing was a small light weight tripos to replace my full size Benro Carbon Fiber. The Schonfeld KF6615T combined with the Oben BE117 is a great fit for my new light weight kit. Small, Strong, Solid and Precise it works great with the Sony Nex 7! Finally my kit fits in a small sling bag with the Schonfeld strapped to the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing value The price for this carbon fibre tripod is fantastic. It could do with some instructions in the box I only knew some of the things it could do because the sales guys were so excited to see it that they wanted to see what it could do so I got a demo. Only downside the strap on the carrying case broke after a few days; the manufacturer had left too small a piece of fabric inside the stitching and it frayed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sick light! I bought this looking for the lightest, most compact tripod I could find. This was it and at an amazing price! I needed a very small-folded size for use in the field at the absolute lowest weight as I go as ultralight as possible. This has accomplished that while being entirely functional and super sturdy at max height using the ballast hook. I have used this already in extreme conditions both in rock and snow and have been able to shoot the images that I wanted in the way that I intended. Looking forward to many years of hard use and adventure with this equipment. There are only 2 negatives that I have seen so far. One, the base for the head has the set-screws offset so that you need a ball-end 3mm to lock down the inside screw. There wasn't even a 3mm included, and that is the only allen missing from my kit. Luckily I'm a mechanic and have tools and experience to figure this out, but anyone without mechanical skills would be out in the cold to try to get their head secured to the base. It would be great if they had included that wrench with the set up kit. Two, when adjusting the camera on the tripod using a ball head, I have experienced that the top 2 locking rings come loose after a few manipulations. No big deal, but would be nice to not have to be mindful to keep an eye on that situation especially in the cold and the dark. Otherwise I'm totally stoked on this tripod so far!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super light tripod I use this tripod for hunting using a Zeiss 65mm spotter, 15x and 10x binoculars and it performs very well. It is ultralight and compact. It has far less vibration with my spotter than I expected but it will be in my pack all the time and If I need a bigger more stable one it will be in my truck. I highly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding!!! 5+ stars for this little gem. I've paid over 4 times as much in the past for similar products. Highly recommend for anyone using small DSLR with one lens or P&S cameras. I use it with the Canon M2 and fixed 22mm lens. Excellent tripod!
