question

I currently have the Canon 16-25, 50, 85 and 70-200mm L Lens. With the Novoflex EF mount adapter, I can seamlessly use the lens on the Sony Alpha Alpha 7RII? Thanks.
Asked by: Terence G.
No, it will not function seamlessly. With this adapter you will be able to mount your lenses and shoot with them, but you will not be able to change the lens' aperture with this adapter. If you want aperture control you need to get an adapter with electronic control of aperture.

question

Transitioning from T3i to A7s. Want to keep my EF lenses, specially my Sigma 20mm 1.8. I know the aperture can't be controlled with this adapter, but my question is: do EF lenses fit with this mount even though the aperture can't be changed? If the only problem is the aperture, I can use the T3i to set it, problem solved.
Asked by: Anonymous
The Novoflex EF Mount Lens to Sony E-Mount Camera adapter will allow you to mount your EF mount lenses onto the a7S, yes.
