This B&H Kit consists of the Universal Audio Apollo Twin SOLO Audio Recording Interface as well as a large diaphragm condenser microphone, a nylon pop shield, a tripod microphone stand, and an XLR cable. The microphone can be attached to the tripod microphone stand, and connected to the audio interface via the XLR cable. The pop shield attaches to the microphone stand to reduce the effects of plosives in the vocal recording. The distinguishing feature of the Apollo audio interface is the ability to track vocals through Universal Audio's DSP plug-ins with virtually no latency, including the Unison microphone preamplifier emulations to achieve a wide range of vintage sounds.
