After researching what I needed, Shure sent me to B&H and assured me that would find the product I needed. I wanted a lavalier mic that was compatible with a Shure wireless mic transmitter. They were able to ship it out the next day and I received it a day later. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you B&H!

Best wireless Microphone out there for the price.

We recieved our microphone not even 3 days after we ordered it. It was shipped very fast. Also, the microphone doesn't pick up background noise, just the voice of the one talking. It's perfect and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great microphone for a great price. I will buy again.

This item was purchased to use with a Line6 XD-V55 lavalier body pack system. The standard Shure TA4F connector plugs directly into the body pack and functions correctly. Sounds great. Came with two foam wind screens and a tie clip

Very impressed! !!!

Hı , can this microphone be connected to Asio sound interface to record directly to computer?
Asked by: Husnu
Unfortunately no, because this microphone uses a TA4F connector, it is meant to be specifically hooked up to a Shure wireless body pack that accepts this type of connector. There are ways around this, but I would suggest using a different microphone that has a standard TRS or XLR connector.

Cable length is about 51". It has a female mini XLR / TA4 connector wired for Shure body packs. I have re-wired these as needed for.Sennheiser body packs with mini-phone TRS male plugs.

question

is this good for noise enviroments? what is best use for this mic
Asked by: Anonymous
Recording in high-volume environments will always be challenging with any microphone, large or small, however this particular microphone does have a low handling noise and has been tuned to be fairly resistant to low-frequency rumble and wind-noise (a windscreen can also further help). Still it is important to note that mic placement is another key consideration and, as Kang N suggests, it will be easier to control the level of background noise bleed by making appropriate adjustments to the gain settings on your connected device.

question

Would this work with a DSLR?
Asked by: Aung Moe K.
You would not be able to directly plug in this mic to a DSLR because the connector is TA4F, which is intended for connecting to a Shure wireless bodypack. For utilizing a lavalier mic such as this in a video application, we would recommend using this mic in conjunction with a portable wireless solution such as the Shure FP15 wireless system. The lavalier would be plugged into the transmitter bodypack and worn by the talent on camera, while the receiver bodypack would be connected to your DSLR or a field mixer. This would also eliminate the issue of the on-camera talent having to be tethered to the camera by the lavalier's cable and would allow for free range of movement as well as a more appropriate shooting distance.
