So if we've had the printer for about a year and have used it quite a bit it won't run out of ink? So if it has stopped print on the film and the film is being wasted is it possible that the battery is no longer stronger enough to print?
Asked by: Anonymous
It doesn't use ink. It uses Instax film which is exposed to light like a film camera. It generally lasts a few years.

i have this product but when i changed my phone it doesnt give me the authority to print my photos. when i try to print something, it says please assign authority on the terminal settings screen . how do i do that? when i go to the settings button in the app the same instructions pops up
Asked by: Anonymous
It sounds like you need to 'introduce' your newer phone to the instax Share printer#1: In your phone, select Settings, then Wi-Fi to enable Wi-Fi connection#2: CHOOSE A NETWORK and select the Wi-Fi that says INSTAX-xxxx (the serial number on the bottom of your Share printer would be in the title)#3: Enter password (factory default is 1111 but you can change it later via the instax Share app)#4: Be sure to allow the app to access your photos.Keep us posted on your progress.

Hi,I have read a few reviews that this does NOT work with the iphone 6S. Can someone let me know if that has been fixed? Thanks, -C
Asked by: catherine c.
I have an iPhone 6S Plus and it works fine. I just used it now as a matter of fact. Before the 6S Plus I had a 6S and it worked with that model as well.

If i put film in my printer and dont want to use all of it...can i take it out and use it later?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, you can, but you have to do it in the darkroom (or dark film changing bag.)Also I don't know it keeps the film count or not.But as this item accepts the instax mini films, what make you like to take it out?You can just leave it in until you use next.
