Hi there, will this lens work for Sony Alpha 7 ? Thanks

This lens is designed for APS-C sensor cameras. The A7 is full frame. This lens would produce a cropped image on a full frame Sony camera.

question

I assume this is a 180-degree on-the-diagonal fisheye that covers the entire APS-C rectangle? I guess it must be with the built-in petal-type lens hood.
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, the Samyang 8mm f/2.8 covers the entire sensor and provides a 12mm focal length and full 180 degree angle of view.
