No, it does not for the reasons it will not mount, focus or cover the sensor with an image.A manual fish-eye lens that will work on the 5D Mark III is seen below in the attached link.

Does this lens fit on a Canon 5d mark III?
Sorry, no, it does not for two reasons. 1. This lens is for a mirrorless camera and is designed to be closer to the sensor. This has the advantage of reducing the lens and camera size. However, if you were able to mount the lens on a 5D Mark III, this lens would be forced to be too far away from the sensor and consequently it could not focus. 2. Even if you could mount it and focus it still would not work because it cannot make an image that would cover the entire sensor. Thus you would get too small a circle image with a great deal of black surrounding it.For your application you can use the Rokinon 12mm f/2.8 ED AS IF NCS UMC Fisheye Lens for Canon EF Mount.
